The successful candidate will:

Hold a Graduate degree or relevant tertiary qualification in a business operations or business management related subject.

Demonstrate previous experience in a business operations management role.

Show working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.

Display a familiarity with assuring organisational compliance to policies and procedures.

Be Good team player, working closely with colleagues to deliver organisational objectives.

Be Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal accountability, ensuring tasks, projects and issues are appropriately dealt with to their successful delivery or conclusion.
