The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organised with close attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks to a high standard within target deadlines. 

Experience of providing secretariat support, including meeting coordination.

Evidence of maintaining records, files and documents to a high standard. 

A good understanding of the importance of compliance with procedures and information management policies.

Degree qualification or equivalent relevant work experience.

High degree of computer literacy: proven experience of using MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
