A Market Pay Supplement (MPS) is additional salary related to the employment market for the profession or specialism. A MPS is payable monthly in addition to contractual base pay. The supplement is not pensionable and cannot be consolidated into base pay. MPS's will be reviewed every three years to ensure the MPS continues to deliver market competitiveness and continues to meet business requirements.
Applicants appointed to this role will be required to carry out a Disclosure and Barring check and animal rights connections check in addition to the standard BPSS checks.
We are currently located in London, Victoria relocating to Canary Wharf in mid-2018.
