The successful candidate will:


Hold a degree or post-graduate qualification. 

Hold a relevant Agile practitioner and ITIL 4 Foundation qualifications or equivalent. 

Be desirable for you to hold certified Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and PRINCE2 practitioner qualifications or equivalent

Seek out opportunities to create effective change and suggest innovative ideas for improvement. Review ways of working, including seeking and providing feedback. 

Use evidence and knowledge to support accurate, expert decisions and advice. Carefully consider alternative options, implications and risks of decisions. 

Communicate purpose and direction with clarity, integrity and enthusiasm. Respect the needs, responses and opinions of others 

Take responsibility for delivering timely and quality results with focus and drive. 

Communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context. 

Translates data into valuable insights that inform decisions. Involves teams in analytics and synthesis to increase consensus and challenge assumptions. 

Develops fit for purpose, resilient, scalable and future-proof data services to meet user needs. 

Integrates and separates data feeds in order to map, produce, transform, and test new data products 

Produces data models and understands where to use different types of data models. 

Designs, writes and iterates code from prototype to production-ready. Understands security, accessibility and version control.
