The successful candidate will:

• Hold a degree or post-graduate qualification. 

• Hold a relevant Agile practitioner and ITIL 4 Foundation qualifications or equivalent. 

• Be desirable for you to hold certified Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and PRINCE2 practitioner qualifications or equivalent

• Seek out opportunities to create effective change and suggest innovative ideas for improvement. Review ways of working, including seeking and providing feedback. 

• Use evidence and knowledge to support accurate, expert decisions and advice. Carefully consider alternative options, implications and risks of decisions. 

• Communicate purpose and direction with clarity, integrity and enthusiasm. Respect the needs, responses and opinions of others 

• Take responsibility for delivering timely and quality results with focus and drive. 

• Communicate effectively across organisational, technical and political boundaries, understanding the context. 

• Translates data into valuable insights that inform decisions. Involves teams in analytics and synthesis to increase consensus and challenge assumptions. 

• Develops fit for purpose, resilient, scalable and future-proof data services to meet user needs. 

• Integrates and separates data feeds in order to map, produce, transform, and test new data products 

• Produces data models and understands where to use different types of data models. 

• Designs, writes and iterates code from prototype to production-ready. Understands security, accessibility and version control.
