As well as the drive and enthusiasm required to deliver in the role the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of working in a customer facing HR role, an in depth understanding of transactional HR and processes and experience of working collaboratively with an off-site payroll provider.
You will be highly organised, able to adhere to strict deadlines and have the attention to detail that ensures the accuracy and effectiveness of HR data. Able to work on your own initiative and unsupervised, as well as delivering as part of a team, the successful candidate will currently be in a similar role and looking to widen their HR experience or an HR administrator looking to take the next step in their career.
