With demonstrable experience in a practical laboratory environment, or an MSc with a practical laboratory component and ideally experience of working at Containment Level, the successful candidate will also have demonstrable knowledge in the use of document control and procurement/ordering systems.

 

Our ideal candidate will be skilled in the use of basic laboratory equipment, able to confidently and accurately perform calculations and prepare dilution series and be able to work safely with viruses, vaccines, sera and DNA/RNA in a containment level 2 laboratory. You will also have Demonstrable proficiency in relevant cell and molecular biology and protein techniques.

This role is for a fixed term of 22 months.
