Senior Software Developer - £52,316 p.a. + benefits

The successful candidate will have:

• An undergraduate degree in either a maths or computer science-based subject. 

• Demonstrable coding experience 

• Microservices knowledge and skills desirable 

• Appian Development desirable 

• Creative self-starter, solution focused, able to demonstrate initiative and effectively deal with requirements ambiguity to develop pragmatic software solutions that realise business benefits. 

• Track record of effectively leading, motivating, and mentoring software development teams. 

• Good team player, working closely with colleagues to deliver organisational objectives. Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal accountability, ensuring tasks, projects and issues are appropriately dealt with to their successful delivery or conclusion
